These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement entered into on the date you sign up for our affiliate program by and between:

Child Nutrition Experts (referred to as "Provider"), and

You (referred to as "Affiliate").

Hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

"Provider" is offering educational content and courses on infant complementary feeding and nutrition;

"Affiliate" refers to an individual or entity interested in participating in the Provider's affiliate program.

Provider agrees to:

Offer Affiliate participation in the affiliate program designed to promote Provider's baby weaning and nutrition courses.

Provide Affiliate with unique affiliate links, marketing materials, and access to course-related content for promotional purposes.

Pay commissions to Affiliate based on the specified commission structure outlined in this Agreement.

Affiliate agrees to:

Promote Provider's course through various marketing channels, using the provided affiliate links and materials.

Comply with all terms, conditions, and guidelines specified in this Agreement.

Provider will pay Affiliate a commission of 20% of each course sale generated through Affiliate's unique affiliate links. Commissions will be paid after 35 days of course purchase, once a month, on or by the 10th of each month. Provider offers a 30-day money-back course guarantee; therefore, the commission can only be paid after the guarantee expires and only if the client does not request a refund. The commission will not be paid for refunded purchases. Please note that any transfer fees or currency converting fees will be borne by Affiliate.

Affiliates participating in this program are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws in the country where they reside. This includes, but is not limited to, the reporting and payment of any taxes associated with the commissions earned through this affiliate program. The Provider is not responsible for providing tax advice to affiliates and recommends that each affiliate seeks independent tax advice to ensure full compliance with their respective tax obligations.

To participate in the Provider's affiliate program, individuals must be over 18 years of age. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Affiliate confirms that they meet this age requirement.

Affiliates are expressly prohibited from using any materials from the Provider's course “From Weaning Woes to Mealtime Joy’ , as these materials are subject to copyright. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of Provider's content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in effect until terminated by either Party with written notice to the other Party. Upon termination, the Parties shall fulfil any remaining obligations under this Agreement. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other Party with a minimum of 30 days.

Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this partnership.

All intellectual property rights related to the content provided by Provider shall remain with Provider. Affiliate shall not reproduce or distribute Provider's content without prior written consent.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
